Who is Integral Wellness Services

Integral Wellness Services, LLC is a Certified WA State OMWBE Minority-Women Business owned and operated by Candi Foon. With over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience in the field, Candi is dedicated to increasing the health and wellness of individuals, organizations, and communities alike. Past and present clients include hospitals, community/wellness centers, fitness/sports clubs, yoga/Pilates studios, dental associations, corporations, and non-profit organizations.

Candi is a Doctoral Candidate at Rocky Mountain University (Provo, UT) Health Professions: Health Promotion and Wellness. She is currently researching how a sense of belonging impacts client outcomes. Prior to that, she earned a M.S. in Management from Antioch University in Seattle, WA and a B.S. in Business and Economics from Pacific University in Forest Grove, OR.

She is a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT, ERYT-500) with over 20 years of experience working with individuals and groups ranging in age (12-90+) and ability. Candi adapts sessions to accommodate individual needs, ability, and chronic conditions in a caring, supportive environment. Candi is a registered member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) and Yoga Alliance. And she has over 10 years of experience as a fitness instructor, teaching classes in water, step, and slide aerobics; ski fitness, stretch, and strength exercise.

In addition, Candi is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). She spent 2 years volunteering as a member of patient’s healthcare team at a major local hospital, demonstrating the value of health and wellness coaching to support positive outcomes for patients.

Yoga Therapy
Online Aging Well Chair Yoga Class
This class uses a variety of props to increase circulation, release tension, and increase range-of-motion, and promote relaxation. It also includes exercises to strengthen major muscle groups; and promote better posture, proprioception, and balance. All exercises can be done seated and/or standing using a chair for support to practice a variety of yoga poses. A range of options are provided to accommodate individual needs, ability, and chronic conditions. You are encouraged to listen to your body and go at your own pace. The class concludes with focused breathing exercises, relaxation practice, an inspirational reading, and a short rest. No experience necessary, no floor work, all levels of ability are welcome. 2 FREE Introductory classes, and reasonable class packages to fit your budget. Hosted Online via Zoom – Monday & Wednesdays 9:15-10:45 AM (Pacific Time).

Online Private Practice Sessions (for 1-2 clients)
This gentle breath-oriented practice uses a variety of props to release muscle tension, increase range-of-motion, and enhance relaxation. Sessions may include a variety of seated, standing, and floor exercises to strengthen major muscle groups and promote better postural alignment, proprioception, and balance. Sessions are adapted to accommodate individual needs, ability, and chronic conditions in a caring supportive environment. The session concludes with focused breathing exercises, mindfulness practices, restorative poses, and rest. Hosted online via Zoom by appointment and includes 1 Free Introductory Session.

Health and Wellness Coaching Sessions
As a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT, ERYT-500) – I offer a co-creative partnership and support in making lifestyle changes for a greater sense of wellbeing (health and wellness) and belonging. Coaching sessions facilitate the change process through self-discovery, visioning, goal-setting, client-generated solutions, and accountability in achieving your personal and professional aspirations. You set the agenda for our exploratory sessions as the expert of your life. Hosted online via Zoom by appointment and includes 1 Free Introductory Session.
